Toast pans are indispensable assistants of the producer, allowing the dough placed inside to be cooked more hygienically and more homogeneously without coming into contact with the ground, starting from the fermentation of the dough, until its cooking and presentation on the counter. • Alusi metal is used in the production of toast pans. • Metal thickness is 0.8 mm. • Toast pans can also be produced in sets of 2, 3 or 4. • Toast molds can be produced without lids, with individual lids or with block lids. • Pans are produced from specially alloyed, certified metals suitable for food production. • Optionally, Teflon coating is available. Teflon pans do not require lubrication and prevent the dough from sticking.
