When do I enter into a purchase agreement with Carsi24?

By placing an order and completing the payment, you enter into a purchase agreement with Carsi24. All our prices include VAT.

How does the ordering process work?

Step 1: Select the product and add it to your shopping cart

Click on “View” to see the product details. Select the product and quantity you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”.

You will be redirected to a new screen where you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. By clicking “Complete Order”, you continue with the ordering process.

Step 2: Personal Information

Here, you fill in all required fields and then click “Register” or continue to the next step.

Step 3: Select Payment Method and Verification

Check your order details and select your preferred payment method.

Confirm that you accept the Terms and Conditions, then click “Payment”.

Step 4: Complete Payment

Enter your payment details and authorize the payment.

Once we receive your payment, we will process your order.

Step 5: Carsi24 Order Confirmation

As soon as payment is completed, we will confirm your order.

This confirmation creates the purchase agreement between you and Carsi24.

What does the receipt confirmation I receive mean?

You will receive a confirmation receipt from us by email. This confirmation includes:

A description of the purchased product(s) and quantity;
The price of the purchased product(s), including VAT;
Your personal information, such as your name and address, where the order should be delivered. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, both addresses will be specified;
Your email address and phone number;
Your order number;
Estimated delivery time;
Contact information.
