CONTENT INFORMATION Bromelain 500 mg (1200 GDU) Papain 10 mg (500000 USP U) Chromium 100 µg in each capsule NaturalNest Bromelain Plus has a formulation containing 500 mg bromelain - 10 mg papain and 100 mcg chromium in each tablet. Pineapple extract contains 2400 GDU/g bromelain. Bromelain- is a mixture of enzymes usually obtained from the pineapple tree.
