Usage of Carob and Carob Molasses; Half a cup/tea glass is eaten 2-3 times a day on an empty stomach, plain or mixed with a food such as milk-water-yoghurt-tahini. This amount is reduced by half if diarrhea occurs. Another recipe is: Eat 2 tablespoons 4 times a day, on an empty or full stomach, for a total of 8 tablespoons (morning, noon, evening and night).
