However, it is used in hair styling and nutrition in India and Sri Lanka. Ingredients Coconut oil - 50'ml Usage Information For Hair: Put enough coconut oil for the length of your hair in a bowl. Massage it into your hair roots for 10 minutes with your fingertips, avoiding touching your nails. After waiting for about 30 minutes, wash and rinse with your shampoo. There is no harm in applying it in the evening and washing it when you wake up in the morning. It is enough to apply it 3 times a week. You will feel the difference when you use it for 1 month.
