Falez Creamy Granite 30 Cm PanGranitec is a new generation 5-layer hybrid coating. What we mean by hybrid is a mixture of ceramic and ptfe. Primer layer is ceramic, middle layer is ceramic teflon mixture, top layer is ptfe particles, and the last layer mixture is transparent and non-stick. It is a non-scratch coating, suitable for use with metal spoons, has long non-stick properties, is not brittle and can be put in the dishwasher. Its non-stick and anti-scratch life is 5 years in standard use (twice a week), i.e. approximately 500 cooking times.
