Each tablet of Extramag contains 200 mg of elemental magnesium from magnesium malate-magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium citrate. It does not contain colorants. The recommended daily serving amount and form is to consume 1 tablet per day on a full stomach for individuals over 11 years of age and adults.
