To obtain the ideal color, eyelashes and eyebrows should be clean and oil-free. Prevent the dye from getting on the skin by using RefectoCil Under Eye Protective Pads. In the mixing bowl, mix 2cm of paint and 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant with the mixing stick. Coloring Eyebrows For eyebrows, apply from roots to tips. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired density. At the end of the specified time, wipe off the excess paint with a dry cotton. Dyeing the Eyelashes To dye the eyelashes, the eyes must be kept completely closed from the beginning to the end of the application. Apply with a paint stick until the eyelashes are completely covered with paint. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired density.
