VeganThanks to regulatory developments, our previous successful product has been given a new lease of life, and in addition to lemongrass extract and the amino acid L-theanine from green tea, it now contains passionflower extract and a neurotransmitter, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter found in food, produced by plant fermentation. Although green tea is essentially stimulating, some varieties are high in L-theanine and GABA and have a calming effect. Our product contains significantly more of these per capsule than the typical consumption doses of these teas, but is also packed with the power of lemongrass and passionflower.DIRECTION (1 serving = 3 capsule)It is recommended for general everyday use if stress is part of your daily routine. In this case, we recommend taking 1-2 capsules twice a day (e.g. morning and afternoon), occasionally. Otherwise, we recommend occasional use when you need to relax, in case of anxiety, nervousness, tension. In such cases, we recommend taking 1-3 capsules. It is non-drowsy and can be taken during the day, even at work, but if you have trouble sleeping due to restlessness, 1-3 capsules is also a good idea. It's also worth trying with coffee if you want the stimulant effect of coffee but not the anxiety-boosting effect (1-2 units).
