Mixture: In a non-metallic container, add 35gr (1 scoop) of IGORA Vario Blond Extra Power dust-free lightener and 70ml (1:2) of 3%-6% or maximum 9% IGORA Colorist's Color&Care Developer, depending on the desired degree of lightening.
