. Table grinding is the fine form of our coarse grained salt ground in a mill. It is 100% natural and additive-free. The grinding process is done only in the mill without refining. It is in the form of fine grained table salt. Salt shakers are also suitable for use. Like many minerals, iodine is naturally present in all our salts. This salt is enriched with iodine by adding extra iodine. We do not recommend this salt for making pickles and brines. It is fluid - there is no clumping. This is the natural feature of our salt. There are NO chemicals such as anti-caking etc. NOTE: In order to prevent minerals from being lost, we recommend that you add salt to the food after it boils, not to the boiling food.
