Assembly: The product is disassembled. The cabin is easily assembled with a screw system. Installation is the responsibility of the Customer.
Delivery Information: The contents of the parcel must be checked under the supervision of the cargo officer, and if there are any missing or defective parts, they should not be received. You should never deform the box before completing the installation of the product and using the product.
Shipment must be made with the original parcel and delivery note; parcels that do not comply with this condition and are damaged will not be accepted.
When receiving the product from the cargo, the packages must be checked, damaged packages or products must not be received, and you must request assistance to the cargo officer in preparing a damage assessment report.
Products found to be damaged can be replaced or refunded free of charge.
Assembled products are not refundable.
After receiving the product, if there are damaged parts, you can determine the number or part dimensions written on the part, or if there are missing parts, determine the missing part number from the installation diagram and forward it to our customer representative, and the damaged/missing parts will be sent to you free of charge.
Wooden and metal furniture must be sold with a warranty certificate in accordance with the Warranty Certificate Regulation, and the minimum warranty period that must be applied by sellers is 2 years.
