For fast and error-free installation, there are also part numbers compatible with the installation diagram on the part.
What to Do During Delivery
When your cargo is delivered, if there is any deformation in the product package or if there is a situation that may damage the product, open the package with the cargo officer and check the products.
If you see any damage to your products, ask the cargo officer to keep a report and do not accept the package. The recorded products will be delivered to us by the cargo company and the products will be exchanged.
Shipping Damages / Missing Parts / Return
In order to ensure that the products you purchase reach you without any damage, packaging is done using filling materials of high quality standards, but in rare cases, some parts of the products may be damaged during the cargo transportation process. If you tell us the numbers of the damaged parts by looking at the labels on them, the new parts of these parts will be sent to you by cargo.
If there are missing parts, you can determine the numbers of the missing parts from the installation diagram and forward them to our customer representative, and they will be sent to you by cargo.
Installed products are not refundable.
Wooden and metal furniture must be sold with a warranty certificate in accordance with the Warranty Certificate Regulation, and the minimum warranty period that must be applied by sellers is 2 years.
