Use and Maintenance
Cooking: When using a cast aluminum cooker, always choose medium or low heat. Preheating is required. We recommend using some oil or butter to protect the non-stick surface. Always use wooden or plastic tools instead of metal tools.
Cleaning: Cookware can be washed in the dishwasher. However, we recommend that you hand wash all cookware with warm, detergent water. Please do not use corrosive chemicals.
Storage: Always use a protector or towel between cookware when stacking.
Do not use the detachable handle on other cooking utensils.
Do not cook while the handle is attached to the body of the pot.
Do not shake the cooking pot after attaching the handle.
How to Use the Detachable Handle?
Attach the handle to the edge of the cooking pot, then push the lever on the top of the handle counterclockwise with your thumb.
To detach, push the handle clockwise and press the button you will see at the bottom. The handle will separate from the cooker. (The handle is locked with one movement and released with two movements. This is an improved security measure against possible accidents).
Do not use the removable handle on other cookware.
Do not cook while the handle is attached to the cooker body.
Do not shake the cooking pot after attaching the handle.
