Be sure to use your wooden products in accordance with the care instructions below.
1- After each use, wipe it with warm water and soap, then dry it with a dry cloth without allowing your wooden product to dry on its own.
2-Never wash your wooden products in the dishwasher or leave them in water!
3-You can use a vinegar-water mixture to sterilize your wooden products.
4-To protect your wooden product and prevent cracks that may occur on its surface, apply food grade mineral oil at least once a week.
(Olive oil is our recommendation.) For an effective application, be sure to oil all surfaces of the wood and allow the wood to absorb the oil for 2-3 hours.
5-When you are not using your wooden product, do not leave it in intensely humid environments, on the stove or in the oven.
Otherwise, you may cause your wooden product to dry out and crack.
The wood you have purchased is 100% natural, produced from trees grown for industrial use, and does not contain any varnish or protective chemicals.
Since it is produced entirely from natural wood, there may be color and pattern differences between the products.
