It is produced under vacuum at 60°C from carob, date, oath, grape, mulberry and red beet fruits. Does not contain preservatives.
Store tightly closed, away from sunlight, in a dry place at room temperature. Close the lid tightly after use to reduce air contact. Since it is natural, unadulterated fruit extract, it may solidify in the refrigerator.
Shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture under appropriate storage conditions.
