a-) The return process begins once the product has been delivered to you and is valid within 7 days following the invoice date.
b-) Products cannot be returned and the payment cannot be refunded if any opening, damage, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, usage, or similar condition is detected on the product or its packaging, or if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.
c-) For returns that comply with the return conditions, shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
d-) Returned products must be delivered to us through the courier companies that our company works with.
e-) You may return the product(s) you purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date by stating the reason, provided that the product has not been damaged, used, or its resale condition has not been compromised.
f-) The return process begins when the product reaches our company. For damaged or defective returned products, the customer will be informed via email or phone after the inspection and approval process carried out within the first 7 days following delivery.
g-) Shipping costs for truck shipments are not refundable.
h-) The completion of return procedures for eligible returns and the transfer of the refunded amount to your bank account or credit card take approximately 7 business days.
i-) Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or otherwise altered are strictly not accepted. Returns must be made together with the invoice, original product packaging, and all original contents.
j-) Detailed return conditions are also included in the distance sales agreement signed during the purchase of the product.
k-) Our furniture products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements. Therefore, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
l-) Returns cannot be accepted for products and accessories containing precious metals and jewelry (gold, silver, etc.).
m-) Products under Similar brands are considered specially produced items and are therefore excluded from return and exchange policies.
n-) Due to health and hygiene regulations, returns of food products are not accepted.
o-) Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products that are personalized or specially prepared according to customers’ requests.
Right of Withdrawal:
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address specified by them. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the SELLER via fax, email, or telephone within this period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with Article 5.
If this right is exercised, it is mandatory to return the original invoice and a copy of the courier delivery receipt proving that the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER has been returned to the SELLER.
The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded.
The shipping cost of products returned due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER.
We undertake to accept the return of the goods upon notification of withdrawal and to take back the product within seven days from the date the consumer receives the goods or signs the contract, without the consumer assuming any legal or criminal liability, without providing any reason.
In accordance with General Communiqué No. 385 of the Tax Procedure Law, in order for return transactions to be processed, the relevant sections of the invoice containing the return section sent to you must be completed in full, signed, and returned to us together with the product.
