GLAND rosemary essential oil is a 100% natural product obtained by water distillation from the leaves of the perennial plant belonging to the Rosmarinus officinalis species. Dried leaves are widely used in Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, especially in salads, meat dishes and soups. The main components of the essential oil consist of cinole (30%)- dimethylphenol (12%)- camphor and borneol (11%). The antioxidative power of rosemary is quite high and is 165.280 TE/100 g (according to the ORAC scale).
