How to use Lift 'Em Up? *Make sure the area you will apply is dry and clean. If you have make-up on your skin, be sure to use tonic-cologne etc. Clean it with an alcohol-based product and wait for it to dry. The area to be treated should not contain any product, such as moisturizing cream or make-up, that would prevent the tape from adhering to your face. *Gather your hair up from your ear level and secure it with a buckle. *Open the protective paper of the tapes and paste them on the area you have determined beforehand. *After completing the gluing process, apply pressure on it with your finger for about 30 seconds and do not try to remove or replace the affixed tape. *Apply the same process to the other side of your face, symmetrically. *Put the metal pins through the small holes in the bands and adjust the tension you want behind your head.
