Step 2: Work the tool in side-to-side movements over the heels and toes to easily buff away rough, dry skin. Step 3: Dry the feet thoroughly .File the bottom of each foot in side-to-side movements. Then moisturize your new smooth-soft and perfectly pampered feet. Discard any debris collected in the Steel Heel Rasp and wash thoroughly with mild soapy water. Rinse completely and lay flat to dry.
