The Art of Getting Rid of Ignorance: Who is Who?

In history, people and their personal geniuses are important, not laws or rules. Those who think that history has natural laws have always been disappointed. That's why, in this book, I wanted to tell my readers about the striking aspects of a few great people. These and similar people guided me in life. When I am not engaged in geology, I often devote my time to reading biographies of such great men. However, in these biographies, I was interested in people's ideas and how they developed them, rather than their social environment. I would also like to ask my readers to focus on the opinions of the people whose lives they will read here. What spark led to the formation of these ideas - what method or methods enabled the development of these ideas - were there any unsuccessful ones among these ideas - if so, why? I would especially request you to pay attention to these. No matter how it is read - human history is essentially a history of continuous development and evolution. We don't live in caves anymore. New technology endangers our world and therefore us and other animals and plants living on it. However, I would like to draw attention to this - the people who realize this danger and take precautions against it are thoughtful and knowledgeable people. The Great Ataturk saw that his nation could overcome its bad luck only through science and free art, and he tried to impose this on his nation. Some of the unfortunates who try to deviate from his path today are the products of ignorance. For this reason, I present this small book to you, my readers, in order to tell the story of people who have adopted the principle of life to fight against ignorance in various fields and to be a part of this story. - Celal Şengör
