The internal size, excluding the ruffle, is two separate measurements: 40 x 40 - 50 x 30. You can use it with the same size inner pillow. The price is for a single ruffled cushion cover. It is made of stain-resistant and tightly woven fabric with a honeycomb velvet appearance. The color does not fade as you wash it. Our cushion has a zipper - it is stitched with a zipper closure.
