The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% 30ml An Anhydrous, Silicone-Free Stable Suspension Vitamin C is an effective antioxidant that brightens skin tone and reduces the appearance of signs of aging. Note: Based on recommendations from our customers, this formula is now offered in tube form for easier dispensing. This product is an anhydrous suspension of 23% L-Ascorbic Acid powder. Note: The format of this formula is a suspension of very fine L-Ascorbic Acid powder and therefore provides the most direct topical exposure of extremely high concentrations of Vitamin C. There are 2 important issues to consider in such a format: 1) A very strong tingling but non-irritating sensation is expected for the first 1-2 weeks until the skin's tolerance increases. If the sensation is too strong to tolerate, the formula can be mixed with other creams or serums of your choice with each application. 2) The powder formula applied to the skin does not feel like a serum, lotion or cream and each application requires a few seconds to feel absorbed by the skin. This formula feels gritty for a few seconds after application. If you would prefer to avoid this feeling, we recommend Silicone 30% Vitamin C Suspension. Directions: Apply a small amount to the face in the morning or evening. Avoid contact with eyes. A tingling sensation can be expected after application.
