T&Y Cosmetic Adhesive Ring - used to place the adhesive during silk eyelash application. Glue- a drop is placed in the middle of the ring and silk eyelashes are dipped in glue and applied to the eye. The edges of the ring are used to rub the eyelashes while fanning. Each package includes 20 adhesive rings.
