Product Exchange and Return Conditions: For product returns to be accepted
The original box/packaging of the product must be intact, undamaged, complete and not lose its resaleability. Otherwise, the product damage cost will be reported to the sales platform representative from which you purchased it. Packaging standards are very important in ensuring that the products reach you safely. Before returning the product, please repackage it to the same standard if you have unpackaged it. All standard accessories must be sent undamaged and in their original packaging. No returns can be made for products that have been installed and assembled.
Important Notice: Please check your order when receiving it. If you see any damage in the package, have the cargo officer write down a damage report. In accordance with the return and exchange rules, returns of packages whose orders were canceled without a damage assessment report are not accepted.
