When your cargo is delivered, if there is any deformation in the package of the product or anything that may damage the product, please open the package with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products. If you see any damage to your products, ask the cargo officer to keep a report and do not accept the package. The recorded products will be delivered to us by the cargo company and the products will be exchanged.
